The public is invited to enjoy the annual Celtic Christmas Concert on Friday, December 8 and Saturday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m each night. The popular Christmas event has been moved to the Alexander Central Auditorium this year to accommodate the many people who want to be a part of this special event.
Now one of the largest events in Alexander County, the Celtic Christmas Concert has grown from humble beginnings 20 years ago, to an overflowing audience of 1,500 last year, and many more waiting to get in. The concert attracts fans from all of the surrounding counties, many who join us year after year.
The Celtic Christmas Concert has always been and will be free admission; a gift to the community. Due to the ever increasing audience, we will present this year’s concert in a larger venue — the 957-seat Alexander Central Auditorium. The larger venue this year will allow us to offer the option of purchased tickets in a reserved premium section (15% of the seats) for $20 each. The remaining seats are free of charge.
Although admission is free (except for the premium seating), you must have a ticket. Tickets will be available for pickup on November 19, November 26, and December 3 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Studio3 Music School. Please note that this is a very popular event that has been expanded this year; however, most likely tickets will run out quickly, so the sooner you get your tickets, the better! On the pickup dates, a maximum of six (6) free tickets may be obtained, or you may purchase as many premium tickets ($20 each) as you’d like. The music school is located in the First United Methodist Church Mission Campus, located at 54 East Main Avenue, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
Your financial support of the Celtic Christmas Concert makes it possible to give this wonderful inspiring gift to our community. In addition, this year any donations above the expenses will go directly to the non-profit Studio3 Music School in Taylorsville. This is surely a concert and cause that you can be proud to support!
Your business or organization can be prominently featured in Celtic Christmas Concert publicity and at the concert before an audience of nearly 2,000 people. When you support the Celtic Concert, you are supporting Studio3 Music School, and offering tremendous opportunity to the children of our community.
Studio3 is a 501(c)3 charitable organization and as such, your donation qualifies as a tax deduction. To learn about the levels of sponsorship packages available and the benefits to your business, call Linda Hagen at 828-352-3526 or email email@example.com.
