Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church’s Fall Festival is planned Saturday, October 25, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. Wear your costumes and enjoy a hot dog meal, along with games, rides, a bounce house, trunk-or-treat, and more! Bring your family and friends for food, fun, and fellowship. The church is located at 9379 NC Hwy. 127 in Bethlehem.
Linney’s Grove Baptist Church will host a fall festival and trunk or treat on Saturday, October 25, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Pastor Curt Miller and the congregation invite everyone to come. The event will include a lemonade and coffee stand, apple nachos, bounce house, hayrides, and lots of candy and treats for the kids. The church is located at 6160 Sulphur Springs Road in Hiddenite.
The public is invited to a Fall Festival at Stony Point Baptist Church on Saturday, October 25 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. The fun will include food, carnival games, cake walk, hayrides, face painting, silent cake auction, and more. The festival is being held at 5000 Old Mountain Road (corner of Drumstand Road and Old Mountain Road) in Stony Point.
The Apple City Street Rodders will host a Halloween Cruise-In on Saturday, October 25, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Scotty’s Hometown Grill. This event will be a benefit for waitress Diane Alberts, who is battling cancer. An auction and a 50/50 drawing are planned to assist her. Everyone is invited to dress in their spooktacular best! There will be awards for autos (Scotty’s Pick) and a Costume Contest at 5:30 p.m. for ages birth to 12 years only (no teen or adult awards). Liledoun Baptist Church invites the public to its Trunk or Treat & Fall Festival on Saturday, October 25, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The fun-filled evening will include trunk or treat for the kids, free meal for everyone, live music, games for all ages, inflatables, and more. The church is located at 2628 Liledoun Road in Taylorsville.
Mt. Hebron Baptist Church invites the public to a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 25, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. There will be lots of free candy, free hot dog meal, and free inflatables. The church is located at 17 Mt. Hebron Court in Taylorsville.
The Alexander Central High School DECA Club is hosting its 6th Annual Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 25, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Bring your spookiest Halloween costume and enjoy a fun-filled evening. Also, please bring non-perishable food to help DECA fill “Blessing Boxes” in the county. The school is located at 223 School Drive in Taylorsville.
Beulah Baptist Church will host a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 25, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the church parking lot. All children are invited to attend. First United Methodist Church invites local families to its Trunk or Treat on Saturday, October 25, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The church is located at 1400 NC Hwy. 16 South in Taylorsville (across from Scotty’s).
Friendship Lutheran Church will hold a Fall Festival on Sunday, October 26 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., with fun for all ages. There will be games, a mechanical bull, hayrides, cotton candy, popcorn, balloon artist, trunk or treat, and cake walk. The church is located at 5300 Church Road in Taylorsville.
Antioch Baptist Church invites the public to Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 26, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for an evening of candy, costumes, and community fun. There will be decorated trunks, treats, nachos, and hot dogs. The church is located at 580 Antioch Church Road in Taylorsville.
The Bethlehem Branch Library will hold a Fall Festival on Tuesday, October 28, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Mt. Bethel Methodist Church. In the event of rain, the festival will be in the Fellowship Hall. There will be hayrides, games, food, prizes, drawings, cake walk, vendors, and more. Children can wear costumes (optional). Those attending should bring lawn chairs. The church is located at 9042 NC Hwy. 127 in Bethlehem.
A Fall Festival is planned at Valley Nursing Center in Taylorsville on Wednesday, October 29, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. There will be games, food trucks, trunk or treat, and more. Valley is accepting candy donations to share with children and families during the event. Drop off candy donations by Tuesday, October 28. Mt. Herman Baptist Church is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, October 29, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Bring the family, and costumes are welcome! Taylorsville House invites local families to its Trunk or Treat event on Thursday, October 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The event is located at 350 School Drive in Taylorsville.
Don’t miss Hometown Halloween on Friday, October 31, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Historic Downtown Taylorsville! Businesses and organizations will be giving out free candy to your ghouls and goblins. There will also be food, games, music, and more.
Fellowship Advent Christian Church invites the public to a Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 31, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Activities will include candy, inflatables, and games. The church is located at 885 Icard Ridge Road in Bethlehem.
Alexander Funeral Service invites the public to a Drive-Thru Trick or Treat event on Friday, October 31, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event will be held at the funeral home, located at 193 NC Hwy. 16 North in Taylorsville.
